Booking Exams

    Has anyone had any problems booking exams through Pearson VUE as I am trying to schedule my A+ but get to the very end after payment and it comes up with an error. The error says 'a program error occurred' just scared that I have tried 3 times and don't want three lots of £228 coming out of bank account...

    Most places have got the option to phone up and book. You could try that?

    I haven't used Pearson VUE yet, will do in the next few days. I'm sure I read on here that it errors when that slot isn't available

    If your worried about whether the payment has been duplicated, contact your bank or pearson vue to check
