Have you only just built the machine, installed software or drivers very recently? Has the problem been going on for a while?

    That's a funny typo...:biggrin

Can you be a bit more specific on when the BSOD appears, what where you doing when it happened, did you install something?
Do you have an errorcode or something like that?

Looks like an installed driver issue, or an app conflicting with an installed driver. D1 errors typically state DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I'd bet that you installed a driver that's not supported by Vista.

    Here's his error log again:

All those letters up there are the blue screen letters he sees when it blue screens on him. The D1 will show up as 0x000000D1, which is the code for DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

The OS Version 6_0_6000 indicates that he's using Vista.

Of course, I don't have this stuff memorized... but I have yet to find a problem I couldn't Google my way out of. ;)

mmm unfortunatley the problem is still occuring, so im going to uninstall the drivers one by one and then install the again individually wait 2-3 hours before i install them so i can try to catch one of them out.
