Problem Best Solution for Auto Accept in Outlook

HI there,

Since I joined my company we've had errors with Outlook delegate accounts, resource mailboxes and auto accepting invites

The way we have it setup is:

Mailbox A (The Meeting Room parent)
Mailbox B (the Meeting Room child)
Mailbox C (the Meeting Room child)
Mailbox D (the Meeting Room child)

Mailbox A has an auto accept on and is the delegate for mailbox B, C and D. Problem is, that randomly the mailbox A won't accept any requests and will leave them to pile up in the hundreds . THen we have to log into Mailbox A and manually accept/deny all meetings

No idea why this is happening but it's getting frustrating . So the question is, what do you think th epossible problem maybe?
