I think he was just fooling around. He didn't seem to defend his so called girlfriend too well. I think it was out of a joke just like that as I've seen many threads like that before.

 

The guy was definately trolling. In his sig it says "remember awesomeness" or summat like that and then links to that same thread.
I think I remember seeing those pics on a gross out site somewhere anyways. Still, the comments are hilarious
