OK some I'd like to find some fun games to play, wondering if anyone has some tips, criteria :-

Fun to play, arcade addictive or adventure, maybe even puzzler or RTS
1 or 2 player co-op, on a single machine and single screen.
Easy to pick up and put down
    Not violent or horror
    Not Third Person Shooter
    Not online game
    Not masses cut scenes

Bless ya Dave saying non violent. Harder then it sounds to come by I reckon. That crash bandicoot remastered is supposed to be brilliant if you have a PS4. There used to be something called Abandonware. Google it mate. Something like Sim City would be good I think, or go old school and play Lemmings again. What a game that was

Surely these games fit the bill? On a serious note if you have a PS4 they have recently introduced a remastered crash bandicoot game.. Theres ofcourse sport games, I hear good things about rocket league. Hard to think of a gane without an element of violence. My son plays the lego games and tbh even that has guns and explosions.

I am in the process of completing Lego Jurassic World on PS4 with my daughter, we love it. Great game. We've completed films 1, 2, and are on 3 before we go to Jurassic World, go us! :)

Ha yeah me and my little man have beaten jurassic world. Pretty much have all the lego games. I am looking for something other than lego genre to play with him though but can find anything suitable.

I got most of it cheap second hand off ebay, the PS4 games were on offer, I also got a Wii U, controller, and other bits, in total spent about £320. That is less than a decent gfx card that people buy to play games.

Resale value is probably £280, so its not exactly crazy expenditure.

Half the games I try I don't tend to like, this way maybe I will find one or two.

Winter is coming zxspectrum, winter is coming...
