Backup exec 2012 issues

Hi guys,

We have an install of backup exec 2012 on a windows 2003 server and for the life of me I can't get SP3 to install.

It's a production environment so I have to try out of hours and the liveupdate is failing. I contacted support as they suggested the update due to errors with current backups and they gave me a link with the download for the manual install. This is also failing stating the update was interrupted.

Has anyone had experience with this or can think of a way to resolve it?

Thanks Arroryn I'll try disable the AV tomorrow and see if the update works
