I havent even looked at the link, the mention of £4000 was enough to make me think its a rip.

BTW try to type normally and use text speak as you are dealing with a lot of professional people on here and who know one of them could end being your boss or atleast a collegue.

    Welcome to CF :)

Reviews are mostly good - http://www.reviewcentre.com/reviews87280.html

They're offering a PAYE scheme, pay £1595 (ish) up front then repay once you get work. However, they mean work in the 16-25k bracket, not sure how anybody could afford to live and repay on that salary!

Hello ashes, let me say this first if your thinking of signing with them, please, please read the small print because once you have signed and they like most IT learning providers give you a loan or you get a loan from the Coop you can not get out of it (well not without a fight) by this I mean if you are unhappy with the course or the training provider you can not stop the money!

Have a look at this thread first:-

Is this just a scam ? Job guarantees / training

also there was a lot of thread/members asking a similiar question about a london base It company that advertised in the local paper stating IT training given and guaranting a job at the end of it paying £18k.

I am searching through the forum and when I find it will post it here on your thread.

Like I said just be careful do your research before parting with any money!8)

Course sounds kinda nice (and vague and woolly) - £4k sounds nice too. Much nicer. Couldn't justify spending that kind of money for any training course, myself... especially for the kind of salary that will be at the end of it. For that kind of money, their website doesn't sound like they're offering anything special.

    (Yeay self-study!)

    Hi,
    Welcome to CF:D

Isn't this the company that has/had buses with pcs and servers etc that comes to your workplace to train your staff in IT? Might be wrong but I seem to remember passing a couple on the M1 on my way into work.

Anyway, 4k is a lot of money and I'd definitely recommend the self study route - at least in the first instance till you find your feet.

    Cheers

True, it's amazing the amount of information in the archive section of CF.8)

It's just trying to find it. There's some interesting threads about lurker on cf and what is internet slang and why people use txt speak on cf! When do you take you exams??:blink
