Are there any good practice exams for 70-511 WPF in C#?

I like Boson, but it doesn't have one for 70-511.

Also, do they make you code on spot?

    Thanks.

MeasureUp are the main test simulator provider for Microsoft development exams.

Transcender also offer an exam simulator.

Generally MS development exams bear little relation to what you do in real life, I've never had to code in one yet.

They are supposed to be trailing new technology so you never know, if you can't code there is zero point taking the exam. Nobody wants certified coders that can't code !

Do you have a MCTS in programming yourself?

If yes, which materials did you use? The books written by Microsot Press all seem useless.

    Thanks.

I am double MCPD, 5x MCTS, and 3x MCITP and also MCSA.

The microsoft books are ok, but you are supposed to back them up with experience and other study.

    Remarkable.

I'm a fresh college grad. I had two semesters of Java and a semester in C++.

I know some fundamental data structures stuffs.

C# seems similar to Java and fun to learn. CLR is so neat.

Do I need extensive industry experience for this?

Its possible to pass many of the exams by studying hard, but many are not really designed to be taken by people with zero experience.

C# 2.0 is very similar to Java and many of the differences are similar to Visual C++.

However we are now on C# 5 and also there are a lot of supporting tools and frameworks that have differences also.
