I'll do what nmerrin did with mine and make notes as I go through, don't take anything personal though :)

Personally I'd put a gap underneith the headers such as "Personal Profile", looks a lot neater then.

"I am hard working with a flexible approach to my work."

I have a pleasant telephone manner and can deal with customer professionally. <-- I'd remove "can" as it comes across to me as it's something you don't really do naturally.

Reverse the order of your education, you want your best achievements to be seen first.

Put a capital W in Windows where you're talking about .NET and remove the bracket around the date as it doesn't fit with the structure of your other dates.

Try to not have sections of your CV split over pages, it's better to have a new page start with a fresh section.

Maybe bold the headers on your CV, it'll break it up and should be easier on the eye.

    Hope that helps!

    Formatting Preferences…
    - Move training and education below Employment. Employment is your experience is usually near the top.
    - Date format doesn’t work for me. Use the full calendar year not an abbreviation (i.e. change 08 to 2008).
