I think this is one of the better updates in the new office package compaired to 2003 much more user friendly(with the introduction of the ribbon and nav menu), does the inside out book touch on vba?

If i may suggest, if you want to go a little deeper into VBA i would recommend the Microsoft Access VBA Programming SE(For abosolute beginners), i found this book to be a great foundation to my current VBA Knowledge FYI its for 2003 but it should do you no wrong

Thanks for that link thomas. I have saved it in favs. Just in case down the road. One nevers knows.

Well, so far I am greatly enjoying the book. I haven't done anything in it yet though. Just now getting to chapter 4 where I'll start doing some hands on. Yes I read the other chapters because 2007 appears to be so different then the earlier versions I thought it best so I am not backtracking all the time.

I like that you can double click the ribbon and then scrool though all the rest of the tabs. Thought that was really slick. But why oh why did they change my save command short cut. I've been doing ctrl+s for what 8 years now. Was not happy with that change but oh well. Anyway, it appears this book does have a lot to offer, specail the tips and tricks. It is full of them. :D
