I've just registered and hope to get some good advice on CIW certs as I am thinking of setting off down that road.

I am completely new to the whole subject so I will probably have more questions than answers. Hopefully, eventually, I will be able to give as good as I get.

Welcome to CertForums. I'm new here myself, still trying to find my way around. I've just recently started looking into the CIW track as well. I'm doing self-study and combing the Internet for available resources. Free if possible.

Take a look at the thread below. It will give you a little insight as to the required exams and certification levels. Some of the links will take you to the objectives for each cert.

Sometime tomorrow, I should be ready to post a collection of links to CIW Certification related resources. Maybe some of those will help as far as your studies go. A lot of them are free resources. I've also got a Wiki started in WikiBooks that could use some more help.
