    Hello all
Could any of you that have recently taken the A+ 220-601 & 602 exams let me know if they have started, or are including questions about MS Vista, if so in what context.
    Thankyou.

The A+ does not currently ask any questions on Vista but I wouldn't rukle it out in the future when the exam changes.

I have just completed the 601/602 and there was certainly one, possibly two questions that mentioned Vista which surprised me. Can't remember the context, though forum rules probably wouldn't allow me to say anyway.

You may want to see the Sneek Peek into the updated Comptia A+ 2009 Cert. And when the 2009 version will be out, I posted the info that I got from Comptia here, no fixed date yet - just a time frame.

Forums rules only reflect the NDA agreements of the exam vendors :)

not a single question on vista in my 601 exam last april, the topic wasn't covered at all during the teaching of the a+ college course.

I'm very surprised anyone is even getting a single question on vista at the moment.

My first thought was "Damn, I haven't done anything on Vista" but thinking about it, not a lot has changed between XP and Vista from an A+ perspective. Learning upgrade paths and system requirements will do me I think.

It was only 2 weeks ago that I took the 601/602. I would not be concerned about it. There was not enough there to make a special effort to learn all about Vista for the exam.

Took my exam on the 19th, no questions on Vista. If there are any, I would guess they would be unmarked questions since the 2007 objectives don't cover Vista at all.
Not fair to test you or something you're not suppose to know :p

This, the questions people did get on Vista were probably beta questions for the new revised exams and if they were beta questions then they would have carried no marks.
