Got a mate who's very into IT & Computers and is going to self study for A+.
They know a lot about PC's etc as they have in the past built their own & run a small network at work.
What do people think would be the best all round book to study from.

    Cheers in advance folks.

The best book for the A+ is compTIA A+ all in one exam guide 6th edition by Mike Meyers this covers the 2006 objectives that will be retiring next year.

If your mate want's to study the new 2009 objectives by Mr Meyers' 7th edition when it is available.
