i have passed both of exams yesterday - score of 800/900 for essentials and 900/900 for it technician.

i have only one question how do i recive my certificate.

help needed

however, do i need to register on comptia website before it arrives as shown on the exam report record.

 

I may be out of date on this, but I didn't think it was possible to take the exam without a CompTIA registration number!

But if you don't have one, then yes - you need it.

Harry is correct, you registration compTIA ID number is on the top of sheet you get after you finish the exams. And you do not need to register to get the certificate mine took 5 weeks to come.
