    If Windows NT does not have Device Manager then how are device drivers managed.

    Individualy - as in the old Windows days. Usualy there was an applet in the control panel for most devices. (IIRC - it is *so* long since I've used an NT4 box!)

    As with anything in IT, the best training is by putting your hands on the equipment/device/software. I realize that's not easy to do with something as old as Windows NT, but you should try to do so if at all possible.
