I use this in school for the A+ cert, yet I've failed 601 once. how well do these **BD reference** practice questions prepare you for the cert? Is there any guidance anyone can give me to something that will really prepare me for 601 since I will have to be retaking the exam again in a couple weeks? And help is appreciated.

    Hi Chad

If they're issuing you these in school, you should advise them not to; as far as I'm aware, the company you've mentioned are braindump providers. In short, they are questions "lifted" directly from the exam pool. When you sit an exam, you accept an NDA that means you can't repeat questions that are in it.

In short: what you're using is illegal and in the worst case, can get you decertified.

As simple banks of Qs and As, they won't prepare you for the exam at all.

I recommend you buy the 'bible' of the A+ as far as we're concerned here on CF, and that's the "Mike Meyers All In One" for the A+.

Have a search for 'braindump' on the forum if you want more info about them, as they've been well debated on here (and are, in short, loathed).

if you cheat and then get a job you will get found out eventually as did the bloke who use braindumps to get the MCSE.

He lasted 3 weeks then got sacked for not know his stuff. YOu are studying to be able to do a job not pass an exam.
