Howdy! So I've found (what I think at the moment) is the only CompTIA A+ 2009 revision guide available.. Would it be a good idea (and is this author any good?) to buy this book?

After reading Amazon reviews, her previous 2006 book was really bad - full of grammar/spelling mistakes and quite awful, but I really need a A+ 2009 book!

Any advice for me please? :biggrin

Take the 2006/7 exams instead. There might be errata in those books but they're all on the relevant websites. Let more experienced people find the errata in the 2009 books. Studying for an exam that won't go live for another 2-3 months is a bit silly if you have the extensive (often free) resources available for the previous (but still live for another 13 months) exams.
