Right i dont want to start sounding negative.. but i think im going to struggle with this one... i havent done Network+ and it looks like from looking at chapter 1 in the ms press book this could be uphill... what you guys think i should do? read up on some areas then tackle 291? If so what? Or do you think if i read and understand the first chapters ill be fine?

For 291 a good grounding in networking is a must Zimbo. When I did 291 in the school I was really glad I'd done Network+. If you don't have the possibility to do N+ then maybe a cramsession might help. You can get them free now right here.
