You are the network administrator for CertForums. One of your users, punkboy, has forgotten his user account password (doh). How will you go about changing his password for him from within the Windows GUI?

    A) From the General tab of the user account Properties dialog box.

    B) From the Account tab of the user account Properties dialog box.

    C) From the Security tab of the user account Properties dialog box.

    D) By right-clicking on her user account and selecting Change Password.

    E) By right-clicking on her user account and selecting Reset Password.

    Correct answer is: E

Explanation: The only way to reset a user password within the Windows GUI is to right-click on the user account (within Active Directory Users and Computers) and select Reset Password from the context menu.
