70-270 XP exam on Thursday!

    Any Tips for 70-270?

    First Microsoft exam i am taking towards my MCSA :blink

    Any tips/help would be appreciated

    be prepared for some potential queetions on security and vpn is all I can remember and also know your basic command line tools

    Took my 70-270 this morning passed with a 889. The MS Press/Exam Cram did it for me!
    On to the 70-290,any suggestions would be appreciated.

    having done the MCDST first really helps with the 70-270 and 290.

    In my opinion , if you have passed one of microsoft exam ,you will find the methods are similiar to pass other exams .Besides, you should specify your information .many exams credit towards MCSA .which exam do you apply ?

    From memory, u realy need to know how the "features" of XP work (remote desktop/assistance, firewall etc etc), check MS website for current list of criteria.
    I don't remember anything in the way of OSI layers, which I remember being in the MS Press book and thinking "oh c**p!" (... my early days in IT).
    And most of all, read the question properly and relax.
