602, 603 or 604

    Which exam should I look to take if I wanted to go down the networking route (network+, 70-270, MCSA)

    Any of the three would probably be fine. To be honest, I don't fully understand why CompTIA split up their exams into three specialties. The same entry-level skills are helpful for ANY entry-level tech.

    That said, most techs seem to be taking the IT Technician (602) exam, regardless of job pursuit. I'd recommend that.
