Passed 301 on Wednesday with 704 and passed 302 this afternoon with 715. Going out this weekend to chill out before my 270 studies start next week. Can't wait to get into the good stuff!!!

Out of curiousity are you going to skip N+ and go staight to MS, anyways good luck with you studies.

Going stright to MCSE. Got 270 first (MCP) then 290 after that etc etc...
Didn't see the point doing N+ then MCSE. May as well start with the deep network stuff and not just skim over it

 

Hard to say really? Been messing about with PC's since I was 17 (about 8 years ago) and I've been working in IT for 5 years. Been studying on and off also so I think I could of had it done a lot quicker to be honest.
I'd advise anyone who is doing the A+ to go buy an old 2nd hand PC just so you can pull it apart and build it back up. Hands on is always the best way to learn, no mater how many books/tests/CBT's you got

 

Trust me, do the N+ too. It'll be well worth the time invested. For 270 and 290 you can get away with basic knowledge of it but when you come to the 291 it will grind you into the sand.

I started reading for through for the 70-290 and discovered there was a lot about actual network that i didnt know (And I know theres even more for the 70-291) so went back and done the N+. It was a great help and unless you have a great deal of in depth networking knowledge, It is definately advisable to do the N+.
