ok, here it is..

Aint gonna be too long, full time work..i knackered!!

Nice friendly place, knowledgeable people, bit daunting when youve been unemployed for so long.
Dont think im ever gonna remember all these admin passwords, log ons, \\print- etc.
They have VOIP phones which have this brick plug, never seen them before.
Alot of forgotten passwords. Outlook probs, i think its coz of a clash between office 07 and 2010. Whats the best method for restoring someones outlook? Delete their profile?

Building PCs software wise, just boot off PXE and let it build the Win 7.

Anyway, gotta get this tie off.....

Good stuff Kat, it will take time before you're back in the groove... after a while the passwords you use most you will remember.

Depending on the issue but I usually re-create their outlook profile as a last resort...
