    Hi Guys,

After being made redundant (AGAIN, twice in the space of 8 months) I have booked my A+ Essentials for the 1st of October with the 2nd part booked for the 8th of October. Now as I dont have anything lined up work wise, would a month be a realistic target to get up to speed? Been doing bits and pieces (Messers etc) over the last few months, but really want to get my head down and get it out the way now.

    Cheers,

    Ron

Sure, it's possible but it all depends on your background knowledge.
I did it in a little over a month.

As Simon said; it all depends on what knowledge you have now, plus how fast you can pick up new things.

I did my A+ over a long period of time but shot through it when I knuckled down. Whereas now I feel ready to sit Security+ after just over a week of studying :)
