I have just installed a Windows Vista theme with a Sidebar and various Widgets. Can all be found at www.wincustomize.com.

On my lappie at the moment but will post a screenshot of my Workstation later.

/me likes clean desktop.

 

My Primary Work desktop, nothing fancy really

 

Got a plain Black desktop, and XP set to run for best performance.

Never really been one for putting Pics on the desktop, as I've always got windows open.

 

Here is my desktop at work nothing special...normally loads of windows are open but I closed 'em for the picture!

Edit: turned down my resolution size...got a better picture now!

 

is that touchpaper i see in your taskbar drum? what a pile of crap that was lol, hated filling that in every day :P

 

Yeah, everyone has to use it these days! Compared to Remedy it's a heck of a lot better.

mine is a picture of Elisha Cuthbert (from 24 and The Girl Next Door) on both my screens...when I get my Telewest broadband back on, I will have to get some wincustomise stuff again cos I remember a few years back when I used it and it was great...

 

My screen res is too high to upload the image as an attachment. When I change it to 800 X 600 (the max that I can upload), the screen is unviewable.

 

thats odd trip because D-faktors is 1024x768
am i missing something?

Download a Microsoft Power Toy called 'Image Resizer' from here.
Resize the image to medium and should be small enough to upload

Neall thats rather neat looking...I see you have some Apple mac stuff on there...did u get that from wincustomise or windowblinds? cos I would like something like that for my desktop PC...

EDIT: or is it part of Longhorn beta? or should I say Vista beta? cos it kinda does look it...

 

Hi mate.

The main theme is Windows Vista and you can get it from here.

Basically at Wincustomize.com, they tell you what program opens what. As you can see at the top of that link it says you need WindowsBlinds etc. Well the same goes for the rest. Gets quite complicated

The icons are from here.

You need something called AveDesk to get the text and info at the side.

The rest are just DesktopX Widgets. Also from Wincustomize.
