Yay - got the offer letter emailed to me today...and accepted!

...I also went to see that racing company early this morning as they were keen on seeing me knowing that there was an offer in the pipeline...sounds fantastic, and they said that I would be invited back to see the IT director as soon as the role was published in the papers....the problem was the timing though - it sounded like I was a very strong candidate...but then I thought I had a chance with that security role....so although a little disappointed decided not to mess people around...

...then the IT manager of the company (where my shirt may have popped open) also got back and asked when I could pop in and see the MD....

Why does it always happen like that...

Anyway, I was very impressed with the whole interview process last Friday and really liked who I met from the team, the manager and the MD - the server room turned me on, their infrastructure is so well organised - they are really clued up...role is also great - it's what I wanted - a junior role for networking, server admin and security etc ...role ticks about 8/10 boxes...so I went with gut feeling and accepted - woooop!!

Feels sooo good - can finally RELAX...Going to celebrate tonight!!!!!


Edit: that's the server room that turned me on, not the manager and MD LOL!!!
