XP eOpen and Media Kits

I need to order some windows 7 licences, i will need to use downgrade rights on quite a few old machines.
I notice that the eOpen back office now offers downloads (i currently see only office apps), because this is my first time ordering OS licences (in past been OEM, eOpen account was opened for office licences), i wonder if XP images will be available for download or if i will have to order a media kit?

I just wanted to know as it would save a few pennies and be useful if it was available on-line.
