You should ask your doctor about that glytch. It could be a warning sign, I get something similar but mine is multi-colours when a migraine headache is brewing. It stays there even when my eyes are shut. It could indeed be linked to too much looking at a monitor. You should give your eyes a rest if it happens.

Just picked up on this. The last time i saw it you were preparing for the interview. Just read the entire thread and feel gutted for you.

Agencies can be a pain, although they do have a lot of companies asking them to look for people like us...

I applied for a job with an agency and was as good as told although the employer would want me they wouldn't pay the agency fees for finding me.
