Will there be a CompTIA A+ 2012 course requirements?

As of 1 January 2011 the CompTIA A+ certification must be renewed within three years in order for an individual to remain certified. Since the latest course requirements came out in 2009, will there be a new edition exam in 2012? And, if so, should I wait for 2012 to begin my studies to keep up-to-date?

There are no details released yet of a new exam, If I was you I would start to study the current course, as many of the objectives will be similar and crossover to the new exam if they do release one. Then you could just look at the objectives from both and see where the differences are and make sure you pick up on the extra bits.

There will be a lot of things the same in both releases though I am sure.
