Let's face it when we all play computer games, we don't move around much.

The only thing that seems to increase are our heart beats and hand movements:blink

But Wii has broken the mould, below is a link to youtube that shows one person playing Call of Duty 3 on the Wii console.

Who needs the gym when you can exercise on Wii:biggrin

:biggrin - Since I got my Wii, I'm a little bit fitter. Wii plus exercise = health heart & entertainment plus I'd rather have the interacting game playing with the Wii, than a blue-ray player from it's competitor (plus save £400 approx).

p.s. that very similar to how I play

    I dunno.

Call me lazy if you want, but it just looks like too much hassle. Reminds me of my nephews. Somebody gave them one of those stupid mats for christmas with a game you loaded that plays some kind of hellish music that makes you jump and dance on the mat. Used to drive me insane.

Is Wii upgradable and what does Wii use game cartridges or discs?

It uses CD's for the game media, there are plastic molds that you can slip the controller into so you can play/drive games with a more realistic feeling (waiting for the gun mold myself). Memory, internally it only has 512mb, however this is expandable up to the size of a SD card (currently I have a 2gb in mine). You can get the Wii hardwired, instead of wireless, but that is an extra add-on. The Wii is backward compatible with the Gamecube kit and games. They (Nintendo) are talking about the ability to use USB HDD with the Wii, but nothing is firm at the moment.

Wii games are region free (bonus) unlike the Xbox 360 & PS 3 (unless you chip them).

    Why, Yes.

    Absolutely !

Trust me, after a couple of semesters studying personnel management and corporate law and financial accounting, your words will start to animate themselves out of sheer boredom.
