Siiiiiigh.. do IT employers not put out their own adds anymore? Its really annoying having to speak with recruitment agents who have no idea what they are talking about and no idea what you are saying to them they dont understand the technology so why are they recruiting. Had a call where the agent said "you will be fixing all the computer hardware and looking at the thingymajigs" what is a thingymajig? Its just time wasting.

After 22 years in the industry I have to now put in 2 months of 10+ pointless calls a day, each time I change contract. Worse than useless does not begin to explain the problem...
