I've checked this forum and there doesnt seem to be a specific sub forum in this area? please correct me if im wrong however.

Can you guys point me in the right direction for any self study + exam certifications that may be available please?

Open university offer a certificate in web design which is a start but im just worried that its going to be a rather basic course which will cover elements that I have already studied in uni.

Im really looking to specialise in web development so was wondering what route is advisable to take?

Any pointers?

PHP
MySql
Maybe a course/book in IIS or Apache as well
