Hi,

Im looking to purchase some lab equipment, Im going for the 2950 EI switch and the 2621 or 2651 (XM) routers.

Ive been told for the CCNA that the exams are based on 12.2 ios for the switch and 12.4ios for the router respectively.

So my question is does a 2950 EI come with the 12.2 Ios? or just the 12.1? and can anyone please verify which version of 12.4 I should be looking for, for the router is it 12.4 (1) 12.4(9) 12.4 (15)

Ive tried using the cisco product navigator but to no avail.

I don't think it really matters, have fun and learn to update to latest iOS from TFTP/USB stick?
