You've been out of the loop for a bit. If you recall way back when, SimonV had asked Gav to help him administer CF. Gav took over the day to day responsibilities which allowed Si to take care of other business.

Well, Gav's life has become pretty busy so Si and Gav asked AJ to also lend a hand in the admin realm. You'll see AJ about most commonly as admin these days. Gav and SimonV as still here of course, just not as often.
