Where to get exam preparation book in soft copy?

Hi,

I am living in Cambodia. I want to take Microsoft exam. so i thinking of starting to prepare myself for the exam. I find various good exam preparation book on the internet. However, it will be very expensive to deliver the book to my country.

So I asking whether anyone here knows a place that sells exam book in soft copy so that I can download from the internet. I think by buying in soft copy, it will be cheaper too.

One more thing, what are your options when you need to prepare yourself for an exam?
