How and where do you buy pc components at trade prices and in bulk. I'm maybe looking at aquiring some but wouldn't know where to look. Ebays no use as its old parts they sell.

The only place I can think of is Computer 2000.

However I think you may need to provide proof that you run a business and have a VAT no.

 

Get some trade contacts in Asia and import and pay import VAT ?

 

Quite a number of traders at computer fairs will sell at a discount for bulk. I know of several shop-keepers who buy some of their stock that way.

Cheers guys. Computer 2000 looks promising, the VAT thing hopefully won't be a problem. I can never seem to find any computer fairs in my sort of area (herts). I'll keep looking.

Has anyone heard of a company called elf that re-distributes computers and components, if so what are they like, are they a good company to deal with. Don't want to link to their site, might get told off.

C200 usually want a turnover of a few thousand a month.
