    lmao! in dutch geil means horny. so beware, never tell a dutch girl she looks geil. that could have unexpected results. :oops:

    yeah, i've heard it used in germany in that context as well, but as you said, the most common useage for geil would be cool. no such thing in dutch. geil just means horny, in a raunchy kind of way. :eek:

    what i meant is that in german 'geil' has multiple meanings, in dutch only one. :tune
    but actually you are correct. there are many dutch words that come close to 'cool', but there's no real equivalent. we dutchies just aren't cool.

    fusselig. not as nice as fluffy though.

    dutchies can be cool d, but i've found your sense of humour strange... especially on the pride of rotterdam ferry watching movies.....very....different! lol! :tongue
