    Hi All, there's a reason I was the forum leader for "The Lounge", I like to talk to like minded certification hunters who will either be aspiring IT professionals or IT professionals. I like talking to nerds basically, you know who you are. I've been to the fair with the kids today, cinema with the wife tonight and now chilling with a beer watching Sons of Anarchy. What are you up to? I need get back into my certs, I've been lacking doing on the job training lately

    Currently looking into Flights to New Zealand for Feb, followed by a walk in the woods with the Fiancée and the dog, followed by cleaning the BBQ whilst watching the England game at 5.

    Since putting a new homelab together I've had very little time to study if I'm honest but I really need to get stuck into my Citrix certifications. It's been a long time since I did my last one so I need to pull my finger out.

    Contractor rates are strong at the moment so I need to make sure I'm maximising what I can get.

    Nice one John. Money better in your pocket mate but employers are greedy, as good as you are they will want the bits of paper to come with you won't they. Am I right in thinking Citrix have changed their cert trail now? One of my mates got their top cert a few months ago but was telling me you can't get what he's got soon. I haven't checked Citrix out for a while now

    Good work getting on the ladder mate, very important step. Think all work is boring compared to holidays and travel ha ha

    What's the plan boss? Renew your passport, see the family then jet back off to Thailand?

    I'm heading back to Thailand in October for an online business type meetup in Krabi then probably heading to Ho Chi Min in Vietnam to check out the scene an might stay a while.

    Blighty is too cold for me to stay long term.
