well, you can order your welcome kit, download your MCP logo, get special offers from shops and discounts....
transcripts are a list of MCP exams you passed so far, what you do is generate an access code and share it with the employer if they need to check your creds from mcp website.

Although I doubt many employers are too busy to actually check anyway.

 

I think a lot do depending on relevancy I used to when i had to go through CV's
