I'm so glad I have joined this great website which that I found through google while I was searching for a advice on acourse. I graduated last year with engineering degree in Computer Systems and Networks and since then I tried to look for a job but didnt have any practical skills so i started off with A+ last month. Now I am thinking about doing n+ next but decided not take it because it teaches basic stuff which i have already know. I have two choice either to do ccna or windows but would like to hear some advice.

Hey and welcome to Cert Forums!

It really depends where you want to focus in IT. Do you have any work experience in either areas?

You might want to consider a first-line / helpdesk position to get your foot in the door before deciding a specific route.

    Hello and welcome,

I'm in a similar situation to yourself, from what I've read on here CCNA is only recommended after you've gained some experience in the real world work environment.

It would probably be best to start of with the Windows exams I think.

    :)

    Thanks for the reply.

I dont have any work experience but tried to look for a one but it is very difficult to find one. My aim is to become an IT support person or network administrator, enjoy helping with computers. I want to start to as first line support but they demand alot of experience.
