What is this stupid box?

Since this morning this has appeared on my laptop:

An annoying black box.

When I click on OK or Cancel I get runtime error.

When I click Yes nothing happens but clicking No closes runtime error box but not the black box.

I've looked in task manager but nothing has changed and all programs are closed apart from firewall and anti-virus.

Ive found out what it is. Its the stupid BBC iPlayer download manager.
