What is the difference

    Hi guys,

    What is the difference between 1st Line Support, Helpdesk Support and Desktop Support? What is easier to get into. Anyone currently studying MCDST applied and got a job yet?

    To be honest, terminology. They are relatively all the same, however what you actually do will vary a little company to company (depending on what the company does, eg an ISP will deal with different support calls compared to say PC world, etc...).
