All the Command & Conquers spent hours and hours playing these games in my younger days. Also Championship Manager.

Love the fact that this has been resurrected!

Ok, I have a list.....and it is extensive so I have tried to whittle it down.
    In No particular order:

    - Doom (Sitting there in the dark in the office when everyone had gone home with the speakers up full blast!)
    - Championship Manager / Football Manager
    - WarCraft 1 & 2..(I did sign up to a free 30 days of WoW and IT TOOK OVER MY LIFE so cancelled my subscription)
    - Command and Conquer
    - Cannon Fodder
    - Pro Evolution (On PS1)
    - Metal Gear Solid
    - GTA
    - Red Dead Redemption
    - The Last of Us
    - Metal Gear Solid (PS1)
    - Virtual Fighter (Arcade and Dreamcast)
    - There are so many more but I need to put some serious thought into this.

I'd have to go with the Deus Ex franchise, starting with the original back in 2000, the sequel Invisible War I played on Xbox and then the recent (2011 and 2016) prequels Human Revolution and Mankind Divided. Going with these in terms of full immersion in to a game and the attention they put in to creating a background universe around the gameplay of each.

OH and the Fable series got me good too

The Deus Ex series are generally excellent, but I'd have to go with KOTOR (1+2). I keep coming back to them now, even if they are 14 years old...

I remember when I first saw doom on PC, it was as unreal. Wolfenstein too. I remember loading eight floppy disks for an x wing game too that was great.

1995 I think it was. My first day at my very first job. Lunch time and someone shouted out DOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMM...and everyone put headphones on and just sat at their desks. Wondered what on earth was going on ha ha

I really can't decide which one to be honest so I am going to number them all I bet I have forgotten some as well. I've been playing games for my whole life starting with Wolfenstein -> StarCraft -> Unreal Tournament 1999 -> Half Life -> Counter-Strike 1.0 - 1.6 -> Football Manager 2005 -> FIFA 2006 -> GTA Vice City -> GTA San Andreas -> Warcraft III -> Flatout 2 -> Dirt 3 -> Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare -> Dota 2 -> Counter-Strike: Global Offensive -> Bioshock 1 -> Bioshock 2 -> Bioshock Infinite -> Football Manager 2016 etc.

note. Yes I have played all of these + Many ROM games on Mame 32 like Cadillacs and Dinosaurs, Street Hoop, Metal Slug.
I am also proud owner of +95 games on steam which I currently play only 5 of them.

Took me ages to finish weird dreams, the part with the little girl where you have to pass the ball the ball back and forth was really hard she always ended up stabbing me. I once got so annoyed with it that I hit my monitor with an aftershave bottle and cracked the screen lol

    Amiga - Cannon Fodder
    Sega Megadrive - Gunstar Heros
PC - Diablo 2: LoD or Path of Exile.

Used to be Diablo 2 all the way but have been really impressed with Path of Exile and how it has evolved and improved. Especially for a Free to Play game! Have spent a lot more hours on Diablo 2, over a 10 year span!
