What info do i require if i want to upgrade my RAM?

    Try to match the memory timings as well as speed. CPU-Z gives you all that info.

    Sounds to me like a voltage problem. Mobo is probably out of spec and supplying more or less than required (should be 1.8v for DDR2). Some memory modules handle that better than others.

    And FWIW, OCZ is my prefered vendor.

    Yup, I agree with your assessment.

    OCZ makes some good memory, from what I hear. Would have likely gone with them over Corsair, had their prices been slightly lower at the time I bought my components. :)
