Windows Server 2003 on the servers and XP Pro on the desktops.

Personaly I wish I'd kept it all at Windows 2000 across the board just that little bit longer, but thats just coz I liked it more! :biggrin

I have recently ditched my five year olde lappy for a box that can run XP. I just installed XP Media Centre on it yesterday and so far I am impressed. Gotta love the Action Pack, very funky OS and goes well with my new 19" widescreen LCD.

Otherwise I work with whatever is thrown at me.

We got all from 2k and XP (and some rogue Linux) desktops, to various Linux, Unix, 2k3 and Solaris servers. It's a fairly big enterprise, and I'm not privy to the full info on it, but a lot to be gettin gon with for now.

All that from a Portakabin in Slough, as well !!! :hhhmmm

I guess I must be the only person here that works with VMS. We use Telnet on XP Pro clients to access the VMS nodes, we also have 2k & 2k3 and Exchange servers (some are Virtial Machines which is a lot of fun). I don't think we have any Linux or Unix boxes (at least I've never seen any).

We do still have one or two Windows 95 desktops but we are migrating all the software on those onto a 2k3 server.
