What defines 1st line/2nd line and 3rd line??

    Hi there!

    I was curious to know what is the correct definition for a 1st/2nd and 3rd line IT role

    I have some kind of idea in my head of what the numbers correspond to in terms of responsibilities and required knowledge for each role but I dont want to embarass my self.

    I guess only 1 person need answer this, Thanks in advance!
