Use to use Supportworks at my last place, like it alot :)

However currently use Spiceworks, but in the process of moving over to OP Smartdesk (as it's FITS/ITIL compatible).

We use BugTracker.net but user queries are hardly ever added to it, its more for the IT department to track 'big project' tasks.

I'd like our users to have access and log problems through it etc because it would actually mean problems and fixes would be properly documented and tracked and creating the IT wiki (which is one of my current tasks) wouldn't be such a monumental pain in the arse.

Hornbill here also known as Supportworks. Had this on my previous job which led to my current job. If I hadn't use it previously I would probably would not have been hired on a contract basis initially on my current post.

Used alot of in-house logging system as well prior to that.

I've used a Cisco CRM solution for call logging before as well as a few others. The Cisco product was going to be used company wide for all departments and the help desk got to be the lucky ones that rolled it out first. I recall it being a nice solution but it was constantly down and we had to use notepad to record all of our calls for hours at a time.

We're using Spiceworks as well - although when business improves we'll probably look at another package.
