    It seems that those of us who have opposed DRM as a completely broken business model, hated so badly by customers that they simply quit buying the content, have some very real data to hang their hats on. Screwing over your customers is never a good long-term business model. There ought to be a few other businesses taking a good look at this data and changing their ways. If they remain so arrogant that they don't, they will end up dying. It will be good riddance too.
