How is everyone's Wednesday going?

Mine is dragging and would be nice if it could go a little bit faster, upgrading to Friday in 3, 2, 1,... damnit that didn't work.

Much like the British summer time then. That needs a mighty reboot.

Third session of the gym today. Might actually die if it was like last time. Worst thing though, if you incline the treadmill, you can actually see McDonalds.

 

that's a benefit surely as then you feel like you are running towards McDonalds, yet never getting any closer

 

Yeah, but it's an entertainment park, and it reminds me of everything I would rather do ... Vue cinema, Nandos, Frankie and Benny's, PUB!! ...

I came to a compromise - I went on the rowing machine instead of the treadmill. My view was of my feet.

Thank god for 2pm finishes on a Friday!

 

2PM...WHAT....can i come and work with you. We do get dress down on Fridays tho...it eases you into the weekend (and pub)

 

8am-4pm, Monday to Thursday, 8am-2pm Friday. Standard factory hours around here. Trust me, you don't want to work here though!

 

I'm just about to shoot off as well. Already been to a pub during lunch. Had few beers and such. Just got back to work to pack my gear and waiting couple of minutes for the train so I don't have to wait in the rain.

 

Damn, it's here again.

 

I'm already looking at the clock to go home

 

You know, I don't mind coming to work, it's just the 8 hour wait to go home again that winds me up.

 

I find that Amazon, eBay and dabs.com help pass the time quite adequately

(and this place, obviously)

 

I am sure it's only this forum that is actually keeping me sane anymore, as my colleagues only do the opposite, it is becoming clear that 'common sense' isn't one of the senses we are all born with

 

I do that the first week, then spend the next 3 weeks bored and poor

Saying that, I just got a RFIF Aluminium Wallet from Amazon. Looking pretty nifty and stops my rail card getting wiped from the Blackberry.
