Hi All,

Currently working in a second line role where I am supporting an entire office of about 60 Users. I like my job, don't get me wrong but I want to progress. I am currently working towards a CCNA to become a Network Engineer.

As I have no experience, I would be looking at a "Junior" role. My only concern with this would be that I may have to take a Wage Drop. Paid very well at my current place (Mid 30's), would I be looking at a significant drop in going over to Network Ops?

Id take a wage cut for the right position gotta think of the longterm I applied for a role 6k less a year because of what was on offer (money aside)
